The Return of the Tiptree Heath Fair
A couple of years ago, the Ponies took the Heath Fair and hid it in the gorse.
A recent Tuesday group found it, and after an incredible effort by the Fair Committee the Fair returned on Sunday 17 June, at 12pm to 4pm.

What is the Fair?
Historically Fairs were held annually with pony races at the Maldon end and stalls across the road by the crossroads - though things have changed through the years! It was re-launched as a Craft Fair in 2005. The Fair tends to be heald every few years, and there is a central 'Show Ground' that in recent years have had a dog show, and a pony demostration, and the wonderful Punch and Judy.

The 2018 Fair
Its a great fun day out for all the family - this year it included:
  • Tea and Cakes
  • Punch and Judy
  • Coconut Shy
  • Colne Endeavor Band
  • Hot Dogs
  • Games
  • Events Arena
  • Stalls
  • and much more!!!

The Fair Committee were: Diane Childs, Diane Webb, Jean, Joan, Ronnie and Sue. It could not have happened without their hard work.
The volunteers on the day, and the many of the stall holders.
And of course everyone who came along one the day, who made it all worth while!

There are some photos here of the day!
